The 5 Steps of Manifesting

As I learned how to manifest things I wanted, I noticed a pattern that worked. Now I am sharing it with you.

(1) PICTURE WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR MIND.

  • Imagine it not as a future instance, but as right now.

(2) FEEL WHAT IT’S LIKE.

  • Feel the joy that it brings you as if it has already happened—and continues to happen.

(3) SAY “THANK YOU ” OVER AND OVER.

  • Be overwhelmed with thankfulness as you imagine the thing you want. Embrace the way it makes you feel.

(4) DETACH FROM THE OUTCOME AND STOP THINKING ABOUT IT.

  • Don’t worry about whether it comes to fruition exactly as you want it. Don’t let worry in, period. Don’t do it. Be aware that sometimes Spirit has a more magnificent outcome than we can imagine.
  • Say, “Let it happen according to our highest good.” We’re all in this together. Everything that happens has a ripple effect. Therefore, you shouldn’t want what’s good for you alone, but what is beneficial to you and everyone around you.
  • Don’t think about this for hours on end; just for a few moments or a minute.

(5) REPEAT THIS PROCESS OFTEN.

  • Again, don’t make it constant, but go through this process once a day, several times a day, whatever comes naturally to you—and keep doing it.
  • Think of seeds planted in the ground: it takes time for the seed to germinate, set out roots, and make its way to the surface.
  • Feed your dream and don’t give up, whether it manifests within hours, days, months, or years. Don’t stop!
