A Good Way to Start Your Day

When I wake up in the morning, there are a couple of thoughts I’ve learned to think first, before anything else floods my mind, before my feet hit the floor.

The first thought that starts the day is, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

Thankfulness is everything.

An “attitude of gratitude” is an amazing, powerful way to begin the healing process within you, as well as a life-changing force that helps reorient your thinking.

The next thought I have is, “How may I be of service?”

It is my belief that we’re all here to help each other. We can learn so much . . . We can share our knowledge & experience. We can be a positive force in this world. We can be a light shining in the darkness. We can be a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, a warm hug.

It is in that spirit that I offer this site and my service.
